Tristan Rose
Operations Manager

Tristan is the Operations Manager at Prestige Plumbing, LLC, where he focuses on streamlining business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the growth of the company. Before stepping into the world of small business operations, Tristan served in the U.S. Navy for five years as an Operations Specialist, completing three deployments and helping lead a division of 35 sailors.

After transitioning out of the military, he worked in a legal department where he supported employment, sales, and software contracts, gaining valuable experience in business compliance and contract management. During that time, he pursued his education at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Leadership.

Tristan is passionate about small business, with a strong interest in business strategy, process improvement, and building teams that get things done. He brings a disciplined, mission-driven mindset to the job and thrives in environments where leadership, structure, and adaptability are key.
